Additional Equipment
This quotation is for a Vehicle fitted with the following equipment:, Seat Belts, Reverse Buzzer, Light Rack with revolving light, Whip Aerial, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Battery Isolator Switch, GPS navigation system etc to Site Standards
General Use
Vehicles are to be used in accordance with Go West Rentals Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions. Drivers of Go West Bus, Light Vehicles & 4WD Vehicles must be 20 years of age or over. You and any Authorised Driver must only use the Vehicle on a road, which is properly formed and constructed as a sealed, metalled or gravel road. Please note Go West Rentals does not permit the use of vehicles in underground mines or in areas where they are exposed to salt. (Salt Mining, Salt Flats, On Beaches)
Damage / Excess
In the event of an accident the vehicle excess is $5000 for each incident (as per quote refer page 1 Additional Charges). Under the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement overhead, under body, water damage and any damage caused when driving vehicles outside towns and cities between sunset and sunrise remains the renter’s responsibility.
Return of Vehicles
At completion of the rental period Go West Rentals requires vehicles to be returned in a condition similar (taking into consideration fare wear and tare) to that of which the vehicle was rented. Hire vehicles often require additional cleaning and/or require various repairs e.g. cracked lights, dents, replace missing equipment, buffing scratches, replacement of interior panels where equipment has been installed, replacement of interior knobs etc. Any costs incurred by Go West Rentals will be charged to the rental agreement.
