Tour costs

Costing is calculated on the total number traveling. The more that travel the less the cost per person. And with All Adults traveling at Childrens Prices this can be a great saving. FREE: Get 1 Adult Free with every 20 Paying Passenger and 1 Adult at � Price for every 10 Paying Passengers thereafter, i.e. with 32 Paying Passengers you will get 1 Adult FREE and 1 Adult @ � Price.

….just what do you get for that Cost?

Tour costs include all travel in our Coaches, all Camp Accommodation or Caravan Park charges, the use of camping equipment (tents, etc.), Venue/ Activity charges (for those listed on the itinerary) and all Meals, except lunch on the first day of the tour. (G.S.T. Included)

Safety

We maintain our coaches to a very high standard of road worthiness. All coaches are RTA Approved (by Law and carry extensive medical kits. All students must be seated and under Teacher/Adult supervision at all times. Only Banks Coach Staff are to open and close Coach Luggage Bin Doors. Playing in or around Kitchen area is hazardous therefore all activities must be kept well clear of this area.

Insurance

While on the coach, students are covered by Third Party Insurance (includes ‘GAP’ cover). We also carry a $5 million Public Liability Insurance for other times. Schools can obtain cover from S.G.I.C. from around $2 per student.

Booking Conditions

For the most up-to-date quote, please e-mail. Costs are quoted per coachload. If numbers exceed the safe maximum, another Coach or Coaster may be required and will be costed at 25 minimum per Coach and 15 minimum per Coaster. A DEPOSIT OF $300.00 IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE PAID NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE with the total cost applicable to final numbers given at this time. Any cancellation after this time will incur a 50% cancellation charge. The tour operator reserves the right to vary any itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. While on the Coach, please discourage students from using any type of textas, ballpoint pens, (Pencils are acceptable) chewing gum, or consuming any food or drinks, (Water & lollies are O.K.). Please refrain from climbing over, leaning over or hanging off the backs of Coach seats. The tents/dormitories and general camp area is the responsibility of both students and Teacher/Adults to keep clean and free of all rubbish.
