Let Go West Tours take the worry out of organising your next school camp
With Go West, there’s no need for you to book accommodation or activities, arrange transport, pay booking fees, organise camping equipment, provide food or even prepare meals because we do it all for you – it’s all included in the price! Simply tell us which tour you would like and we will handle the rest! Whether you have a group of 25 or 225 people, we will do all of the organising.

You get more on our school camps!

Go West makes school camps great fun with more interesting and exciting things to do and see – all at a reasonable cost. We have 5-star air-conditioned coaches with reclining seats, underfloor storage, radio cassette, a microphone for teachers’ use – and even for a good old sing-alongs!
The coach is accompanied by a safari-style kitchen which opens up to make an ideal meals preparation area. Our camping equipment includes comfortable camp mattresses, folding stools and easy to erect, four person pyramid-style tents which have built-in ground sheets.

…and what about the food!

No one goes hungry on a Go West Tours school camp. We prepare healthy, well balanced meals and cater for a variety of young palates.

Breakfast – includes four choices of cereal, a cooked course (such as bacon and eggs, scrambled eggs etc) with toast and a fruit drink. Lunch – includes meat and salad collation sandwiches with a minimum of two choices of meet, six different salads, or hotdogs, with fruit and a drink. Dinner – consists of soup, a cooked course (such as a barbecue, spaghetti bolognaise etc), dessert (fruit and custard, icecream etc) and a drink. Supper – is a hot drink with bickies before bed!

FRUIT AND DRINKS ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE BETWEEN MEALS. See more, do more, learn more At Go West, we know that when it comes to school camps, learning should be fun. Our camps include different and interesting activities which not only add to the adventure but broaden the minds of young people. Some activities include question and answer worksheets – others are just purely for the fun. You’ll experience a great sense of comradeship as you marvel at our wonderful state. We aim to provide a good mixture of outings and where possible, give the children a chance to get some “hands-on” (these sorts of activities always prove to be popular). They’ll be talking about it for weeks!

Go West gives you more tours to choose from

You’ll find a good range of tours to choose from which cover many different areas of the state. These tours provide a guide only and can be changed to suit your needs. And we’re open to suggestions! If you would like to incorporate any other tourist features of the area into these tours, just tell us what you have in mind and we’ll arrange it.

… or simply make your own tour!

If you have a particular destination or region you would like to explore, we’re happy to arrange a tour to suit your requirements. It may tie into a relevant project at school or be of particular interest to your class. Let us know what you have in mind!
