Registrations of Interest are now open for employment opportunities with Go West Tours.
Up to 80 positions will be available in the new year for qualified bus drivers, mechanics and administration staff in the Port Hedland and Newman offices.
Go West will also start a training academy for people who would like to train to become bus drivers. On completion of the course people will be offered jobs in the Port Hedland and Newman branches.
All age groups are welcome to apply for the course, which is three weeks full time and held in Perth and Bunbury.

To work for Go West as a coach driver you must:
- Hold a valid Australian passport.
- Obtain (or hold) a full, unrestricted Western Australian HR Drivers License with a hire and reward endorsement.
- Pass an Australian commercial driver medical examination.
- Pass a drug and alcohol examination.
- Have appropriate mechanical knowledge.
- Attend an intensive driving skills, familiarisation and mechanical training course.
- Undertake on-road training in Western Australian driving training, product and city and town familiarisation.
- Pass a company driving and mechanical knowledge test.
