Go West has a new Operations team in Newman.
Dave Poulter has worked in the bus industry for 18 years as a driver in the Eastern States and as a tour guide at Uluru for two years.
When Covid-19 hit and the tourism industry slowed, he moved to Newman to take up a bus driving role for Go West carrying out shutdown transfers for the Hope Downs sites.
Dave was then appointed Operations Coordinator and is responsible for the onboarding of new drivers, logistics, quoting and coordinating the dry hire work.
Natty John has been involved in dog rescue for 17 years and for the last four years was a vet nurse in Perth.
She made the move to Newman and continued with vet nursing and had a brief stint in hospitality before applying for the Operations Coordinator role.
Nat is responsible for the administration side of onboarding, inductions and organising the drivers.
